Finned tubular heating element

Finned tubular heating element is an electric heating element that is based on a metal sheath tube.  It is usually applied in air heating and widely used in the field of comfort heat, machine building, cars, textiles, foodservice and home appliances and also on industrial process units.  Compared to unfinned tubulars, its area of heat dissipation increases 2 to 3 times, watt density can be increased 3 to 4 times, while in the same application it has faster temperature dissipation, higher thermal efficiency, which leads to a time and electricity savings.

These type heaters also can be utilized to replace open coil type heating elements to insulate the coil.
